VM_Create on game failed

I can't frikin' take this anymore! I haven't played JK3 in TWO YEARS! And everytime I try to start a game even if it's solo on Multiplayer and I think SP it gives me the error message "VM_Create on game failed" I've already searched on this forum for help but nothing came up. In case you suggest it, I've already deleted and re-installed the game liek 6 times throguh the year. If you know how I want to find out how I can remove this program forever, as in have it completely erased so that it was as if this computer never even had it. (Last resort) And no not the system Restore thing. Please Help! -.-
Here's a more detailed view of my problem (Sorry for the huge screeny) :

Make sure you don't have DLLs from more than one mod in the same folder.

Make sure you're patched to v1.01.

Make sure all the DLL files are in the right folder (i.e. not moved about).

Make sure none of your .pk3 files are causing a clash. This is especially known to happen with DLL extensions for vehicle mods created using reverse engineered code, which is one reason JKFiles no longer hosts said DLL extension file.

Failing all of the above, you've probably got corrupted assets. Copy them over from your CDs into the base folder.

Or, if none of yhose fail and you don't want to reinstall, try renaming your jampgamex86.dll to just jampgame.dll.

Sure, its a bit of a sloppy fix, but ive had that error before and thats fixed it for me.

Re: VM_Create on game failed

Y'know, you're really not supposed to actually do that. =P

But yeah, it is a sly fix for 64-bit operating systems. Never heard of it working on a 32-bit OS though.

It's just renaming a file. Hopefully it works with almost every OS out there.

Can't I just delete everything from that file and then copy and paste what is there from the CD...also...how do I copy that from the CD?
EDIT: Ok, so I've just deleted EVERYTHING that i had in my base. The game works, However now I must put everything in One by one and see what's screwing it up. Then as I closed the game I remembered that when I installed the Nibelheim.PK3 was when my game got screwed up. So I'll just have to post later what's messing it up. Thanks for the advice Kouen and BlueTrooper. Now that I think of it, I think it may be the JK_animation.gla clashing with the Vincent_Animation.PK3.

Alright, I found out the problem, Kouen was right, it is a vehicle extension that's screwing it up. However I need that vehicle extension otherwise I can't use Midgar V3. So how can I change it?

Ok I've just foudn ANOTHER problem, when I try to use the devmapall or helpusobi 1 cheat in MP in a Solo game it says that "Can't find maps/.bsa" God, this is getting too complicated. -.-

Re: VM_Create on game failed

That's because those codes don't work in multiplayer. You need to specify a map name. For instance the Taspir duel map would be: devmap mp/duel5 and that will load that map with cheats activated.

also used to test maps without making arena files.
