Friends Online Mutliplayer Wont Work

My Friends Online Multiplayer Wont Work
He Click On Join Game But Its Just A Blank Server No Games Are Open There Is The Option To Refresah And Get New List And To Change The Search Query But No Games Period And Ne Game He Makes Wont Show Up Why? He Has Tried Unistalling It Can Ne One Help Us?

Cant connect to MP

Have you installed the patch for Jedi academy, its available here on file front.
Without it you probably wont even see any servers.
