map problem

I downloaded a map but when I try to play it it says vehicle extension to large. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

You have too many vehicle mods, I think. Try moving any maps or mods that have custom vehicles in them out of your base folder, except the one you have just downloaded.

I do believe there are some mods that increase the vehicle extension limit, so you could have a look for one of those if you don't want to go through the trouble of moving files back and forth.

I tried moving everything but that map out and still it said vehicle extension still high. I downloaded JA+ because it was supposed too double amount of vehicles you can have but it doesn't work for some reason. Can someone either tell me why JA+ isn't working or tell me another mod that will help?
