Bad index

Hey ladies and gentlemen!
A have a problem with my jkja. I formated my pc yesterday and today i installed the game. I also installed the patch. And when i connect to a server, its loading the map, and i got a msg: "Bad index in triangle surface"
I tried to reinstall the game , and it isnt working.. Pls help me!
