yeah, just play trough sp and you can choose it eventually

Get the ZOOG saber on jk2files, i'm not sure if it works for SP.Type Zoog in search.

i think you can enable cheats devmapall (in console)
and then type saber dual

I have yet to have that mod work in SP. I would check out the Revan Dark Weapons mod to give us access to Single, Dual and staff sabers at beginning of game.

Here is a mod similiar to zoog. Maybe it works for SP (I doubt it though, but it's worth a shot).
