Crash!

Hi, I have recently made a few skins, and whenever I try to load them Jedi Acedemy Crashes. I can't even look at the Icon in the skin menu when it crashes it says "Requested feature was omitted at compile time". I have made skins before and they worked. I think it might be the 1.01 patch, has anyone else had the same thing happen? Also I have heard that it can crash if the resolution is to high. So I resaved all the files with a lower resolution and it still won't work. I zipped it into a .pk3 file and sent it to a friend to see if it would work. But of course it didn't. I was just wondering if anybody could help me?
