Huh? You mean that if you check the 'facing' box, you have to give angle the value 90?

No. If you check the 'facing', you must to give an 'angle' with any value. I saw your 2D view, and you should to set 'angle 90' on your map, to it could works well.

You can see it in 2D. The trigger's angle must to 'see' the button brush. And if you press N, you can see there on the left bottom the angles The front is 90...etc :P

These are the angles:

135 -90- 45
180 - - - 360
225 270 315
