real nice stuff Gir
I wonder how Zbrush breaks the uvmap... assuming it uses that conventional 2d uvmap.
(I'd desaturate the colors, personally never use strong values for anything)
Hey, I have one small favor to ask of anyone who has SR2 (Soul Reaver 2 for the uninitiated). Can anyone get left, right, and semi straight on in game pics of Raziel for me?
Actually, even if you get the shots from Defiance I wouldnt mind. There isn't that many differences facially in either game really.
My SR2 after I found it decided to stop working. And googling pics didnt turn up the shots I was looking for.
So far GiR looks awsome. Kinda wondering how you got the texture of the cloak thingy to look that realistic. It was the look I was going for with the one I'm working on.
Got Photoshop to work. Forgot I had a copy of the install, and unfortunately in the process got rid of all my previous work. But here's what I was able to do in Photoshop after a couple of hours. It's just work on the face, but I'd like people's opinions.
Also, has anyone ever noticed the in game Raziel isn't so blue? He's more of a purple?
Here's the face and ears done. Spent alot of time on this getting it just right. Although, anyone looking at the map will wonder if I was on crack...but it works.
The shadows on your texture look too sharp. On the in-game model they look softer and wider. Or maybe that's just me.
"And that was when I realized that poking a sleeping dragon in the eye was a really bad idea." My personal opinions are the opinions, viewpoints and damn near exact words of the Inter-Universal Alliance of Cornavesalionecular Medo-isethonomic Searathon Magtherium Guardians.
