hmmm the problem you'll have, is that because the engine uses dynamic lighting, putting in your own shading onto the texture won't look right (because it'll look like you have a fixed point light).
you could experiment with specular shaders. they are fun to work with but can take some time.
Damn. Well then there goes my idea of just making your textures looking a bit more worn with shading. Is that possible with specular shaders?
Also, if you dont mind, I was thinking of basing my skin off of SR2 Raziel. But I can't find any good screenshots of his back angle. If I remember correctly there was some designs on the cloth I wanted to add, but can never find them. I'd play the game, but my PS2 died.
This will be my second attempt at skinning, and since you've given me permission, I want to do it right. Last time I was rushed. This time, I can work on the project without worrying about a deadline.
