working on a head but I can't make heads.
would a skeleton head fit?

Yes I think a skeleton head would be a nice addition, perhaps make the bones look older (Brownish)

mmm looks better... for what I can see you have applied a texture to it... if you want to make the edges of the clothing look really ragged and old do this.

In photoshop select a size 1 brush eraser and erase some lines in the edges of the clothing... that way you will be able to make the edges look more organic.

Also I think you should make the bottom part of the dress a little bit smaller... it's going to look odd in the game, and it's going to clip all over the place.

As a last thing you could add some dirt and old spots of blood to the dress, everyone loves blood
