Request: Vampire Hunter D

I'll start of with the model skin.



Vampire Hunter D is a Vampire Hunter named D who is a Dhampir, which is a cross breed of a Vampire (Count Dracula whom is his father) and a Human (Mina the Fair whom is his mother).

My request is to reskin, or rather, skin some portions of this Vampire Hunter D model which seem to lack any skinning.

I'll start off with the face.



The original face texture is utter crap and drastically needs to be improved as you can clearly see as there is a complete lack of detail. This "face" texture isn't a face at all!

I attempted to skin the face, however, it also came out as utter crap as I can't skin to save my life:

So my attempt allowed me to map out where the facial structures are aligned to. This can help who ever takes up my request to skin the face or so i hope.

I'll now go about his Hair.

The Hair on the model uses the same texture as his cape and his cape looks nothing like his hair.

His face references could also be used for hair references.

I attempted to skin map the hair out but the mapping of the hair is too confusing for me. It may be a weighing issue.

Hands

His hands on the model seem to share the hips texture and doesn't look right at all.

His left hand is the same on the back but different on the palm:

His left hand is home to a parasite (that face on his palm is the parasite), a character some call "Left Hand", whom is very helpful to D, despite the fact that he's a parasite that lives off D, also is his partner when it comes to Hunting Vampires and Mutants.

Hat

D's Hat, an the model, also shares the cape texture though it isn't very different from the cape anyway except a pin-button type deal.

You can see it in some of my reference pictures.

The model itself has other bits and errors but this request has nothing to do with the model problem though feel free to fix them.

As for the sword:

Alright, I was able to work on the face more and this time, it's much better and more impressive (and not as crappy in my opinion).

Nice job on the face so far, but it kinda looks more like a painting than a texture for a face. Not necessarily a bad thing though, but it might come out interestingly.
