A new map...

I am making a map which consists of a small lake, which has a rock in the middle. You blow up the rock, which reveals a hidden entrance to an underground base. Since I am not that good at special effects and that kind of stuff, mainly just brushes and models, I was wondering if anyone would want to help me.

I would, if I was not so busy with other projects.

It is possible, to shoot it and then trigger it to a explosion effect, by connecting the func_breakable to a FX_runner.

i could make some effects for it if you want. ive gotten pretty good at effects since ive had a little practice with them.

if you mean how to make it, you can make the brush a func_breakable and change the blowing up effect to a new one if you want. I havent messed with this though so I dont really know how you do that in depth.
