2 questions: vehicles and Effects

1: how do i get a model of a vehicle to turn into a flyable/drivable model.
In other words, how do i make a vehicle out of a model.

2: If i have an effect for a map, and i want to place it in...how would i do that? Like how would i place a desired effect in my map?

2. Use an fx_runner. I think it's under the misc. entity menu.

thanks.
Now, how can i change the dimentions of it? I know i can place an info_null to orient it, but when i do that, is it just going to extend forever?

I f you want to change the size of the effect, the only way (That I know of) is to edit (Well, copy it and edit that) the effect file itself. efx files can be opened in Notepad, and are, for the most part, fairly self-explanitory.

You import the model into XSI Mod Tool or 3ds Max, create a skeleton for it, animate it, set up the hierarchy, export it and compile it with Carcass.
