JA+Modding my server (FTP help)

Hello there this may have been posted many times but lots of forums I read dont seem to help.Anyways I have been playing JKA since the very begining and have always wanted my own server. Yesterday I finally got one. The problem is I wanna put JA+2.3 on my server and I follow all the steps and I extracted all the stuff I need on to this FTP server that holds of the server information into the right folders but when I go onto my server everything is all the same and nothing has changed. I tried changing maps and doing all sorts of rcon commands like /rcon quit . But non of that changes anything. Theres no grapples,alt dimension, doesnt even show up on the JA+ server list.

Is there something wrong im doing? help!!

u might have to edit the start up parameters that your server uses, cause it may not be loading ja+

why do you actually need jka+? base is fine

his server his choice, he wants help installing the mod not help choosing another.

if you got a control panel website see if there is a server start/command line editor or to see if there is a start server .bat on the ftp either way u need to edit this so it loads the JA+ folder and Server.cfg

I had that problem
not sure if you did this, but upload your entire japlus folder to the correct directories.
Thats all i can remember from our problem
