a teaser or demonstration video for your mod So those who doesn't know check >>here<< Kinda funny just when I though that screenshots isn't good for something more complex here is the answer And onto the question: How do I make videos? Can I include sound? |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod If you actually read the news item, you'd know. |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod It actually doesn't tell HOW to make video it tells how to add them in review of your mod |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod Why not use Windows Movie Maker? And fraps? |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod I have never even tried to make movie clip so how can I record in-game with wmm and what is "fraps" I'm a total n00b with this kinda things |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod Alright. Fraps takes videos when you start filming (F12 for default I think). When you have the unregistered version, you can only film 30 seconds then you have to start it again. Here is the main site: http://www.fraps.com/ With Windows Movie Maker, you should have it. It's actually pretty easy to learn, but if you have any problems or questions with what I just said, just give me a yell. |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod thanks that should help |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod The only annoyance of fraps is it's video's are uncompressed, and as so, a file that's even just 30 seconds long will ussualy be a few hundred MB. I remember I had a 2 minute long movie, and it was 1.79 GB. I wish they'd make it so it would be more compressed, but oh well. Fraps still rule's. :P |
Re: a teaser or demonstration video for your mod After you take the film, you could open Windows Movie Maker with your footage and then save it. Should be like 99% smaller. |
