Default this is complicated

i dont get this,could anyone give me a better tutorial that is not very confusing,like one how did he get the stap model.its over here:

How did he get the stap model? Seems pretty obvious to me that he made it. The tutorial isn't for making a vehicle, it's for getting it in-game. That's very clearly stated.
