Weapon modelling / power modif.

Hi,
I have 2 questions which are propably pretty easy for you:
1. Are there any tutorials for weapon (not saber) modelling ?
2. In what file I can edit:
- delay between shots
- dmg of shot
- radius of shot
- shot effect
- speed of missile (I'm talking about concussion laser)

Thanks in advance
Azuro

Yeah, for almost foo of number two youll have to code.

Theres a weapons.dat file that has some of that stuff, but im not sure if it works.

For the first one, yes, in the master sticky. Ya know, the one that says "READ BEFORE POSTING (Contains tutorials/links/utilities)"?

weapons.dat can alter the rate of fire, ammo usage and ammo type, but only in SP.

Also to point out the obvious, but you don't even need a seperate modelling tutorial for weapons. Why?

Because you model weapons, sabers, and players using the exact same techniques. The only difference is the method used for getting them into the game, and as bobaandy pointed out, we have a seperate tutorial for getting guns into the game in the Master Sticky.
