If its possible, could I see a pic of what mine looks like in game? I want to see if the lights on the side are where I would like them to be...
It has been said that a man's life is measured by the amount of achievements he has fulfilled. I disagree. It is measured not by his achievements, but by the achievements fulfilled by those he has taught.
I'll almost guarantee they aren't. Catch me on Yahoo and I'll send you the whole PK3. That way you can "reskin" that part as you want it to look without having to go through me, then you can just send me the corrected textures.
what a great simple nice thing this hoverboard is. might be perfect for winter jedi games, i might have not spend more than 5min on my skin, but i would like to reskin afterwards anyway:
FYI, I should mention that anyone who wants to beta test needs to contact me on MSN or AIM. I won't send the PK3 any other way. Also if you hardly ever post here and I've never seen you before, you may not want to bother asking.
Okay so, found a few 'glitches' so far. But they may be related to the fact I was using them in MP, which I'll get to in a minute. So first off, the new animations don't work, atleast in MP which has the rather funny result of stradling the hoverboard about three feet above it and floating along atop it. The second issue is that when I loaded t2_trip, the 'default' hoverboard that spawned had no skin on it what so ever. Though I do realize this wasn't designed for MP in the first place, atleast to the best of my knowlege. So that brings me to my third problem which I'm going to have to resolve for myself. Vehicle extentions too big! So I can't load it in SP as of yet, the only other vehicle mod I have is Midgar_V3, so I need to yank that out, I was way too tired last night to deal with that. HOWEVER, everything else works pretty good, the way the board moves, the skins, all of it looks pretty damn good.
Yeah, I figured that much. But it'd be nice to have MP support ne? I can see it now, a server with hoverboard races, it'd be awesome. *coughs* Just saying though.
