Re: Soul Caliber weapons Yep, you should be able to. Otherwise you can eyeball it. I do that a lot with models that aren't symmetrical.

Re: Soul Caliber weapons Here's some progress on the texturing
How do you make the textures two-sided?

Re: Soul Caliber weapons In md3view, when I open the model, the textures are on it. But, when I import the skin, it says it can't find the textures. And they are 512X512, and jpg's

Re: Soul Caliber weapons FYI, this is what a model .skin should look like:
Quote:
emitter,models/weapons2/slipstream_if/silver.tga
knob,models/weapons2/slipstream_if/silver.tga
middle,models/weapons2/slipstream_if/silver.tga
buttons,models/weapons2/slipstream_if/silver.tga
end,models/weapons2/slipstream_if/silver.tga
What does yours look like?

Re: Soul Caliber weapons Here's mine
"Blade01, gamedata\base\models\weapons2\SE\blade.jpg
Blade02, gamedata\base\models\weapons2\SE\blade.jpg
Flesh01, gamedata\base\models\weapons2\SE\flesh.jpg
Flesh02, gamedata\base\models\weapons2\SE\flesh.jpg
handle, gamedata\base\models\weapons2\SE\handle.jpg"
same problems with
"Blade01, models\weapons2\SE\blade.jpg
Blade02, models\weapons2\SE\blade.jpg
Flesh01, models\weapons2\SE\flesh.jpg
Flesh02, models\weapons2\SE\flesh.jpg
handle, models\weapons2\SE\handle.jpg"

Re: Soul Caliber weapons Remove the spaces and the quotes. Also change the extensions to TGA. It won't look for a targa file, don't worry.

Re: Soul Caliber weapons That worked. Now, how do you make the textures two sided? It doesn't look very good like this:
You can see through the front of the handle to the back of the handle.
