Yeah, I heavily dislike the shoulders, too. And the weighting on his biceps is frankly atrocious. Yes, I've looked around, and while there are a few models out there that can have their hair turned off, they're usually clothed in some manner, with the clothes modelled-on. Bugger. And of the barechested models I looked at, none of them were bald or could be skinned to be bald. Plus, Raven himself is a big, beefy fellow. Not any old bald/bare model will do.
By the way, I've been compiling everything together and doing last-minute checkups when I realized that Ocelot's chest was 100% photosourced. So, I went and re-did it from the ground up.

Think I might try to do something to his pants, or not. Not sure. Maybe brighten it up. Or darken the vest to match the rest of the skin.
Also, I'm quite proud of Sneaking Suit Meryl. She looks damn sexy in that outfit. :P
By the way, in the course of checking things over, I suddenly remembered that Raven's textures weren't made by me. I found them on a Google Images search, if I recall. I did a bit of sleuthing and discovered the original author and model. It's not for JA, but the textures are publically available on Mr. Josh Singh's website.

I've sent him an email, politely requesting usage of the textures. Here's hoping he won't veto it.
By the way, Ryojin, what's the official policy for mystery models? The model for Ocelot and Otacon was taken from a RP skin I downloaded off our personal forums, called Jacev3. PCGM is down, so I can't look around for it there. Can't find it on JK3Files. And no readme was provided. So, I can't provide the author credit for the life of me. Would I still be required to provide a readme if it doesn't exist in the first place?
