Hey, what are the programs you guys use to create new stances?

You'll need Dragon Animation Tool.

Type it in on Google, the first result should be what you're looking for. I'd link to it, but it's hosted on that other mod site, and considering that other mod site is in direct competition with JKFiles, it would kind of make me a traitor. :p
