Taking map requests

I'm getting into mapping now and though I have some ideas for myself I'd like to start my career with something a little less extranvagant. After a freak accident killed my clan map I am going to need a side project to distract me from the fact I will be doing the same thing over again after hours of work.

So anyone want a map, nothing too fancy as I'm still very new, I'd be happy to make it. First person to ask gets it then when that one is done I'll do another.

how about a cool jungle map with lots of trees and tall grass for a cool fire fight u to hide in the grass and have hills to keep it un level and have high graund whille all being at night with a full moon and haveing beyond the waste land playing

Desan got it first. Came up with a really awesome duel map idea. So simple it will probably take only a day.

I'd like to see a dual map that it set at the peek of minas tirith, the city from the 3rd lord of the rings film. If you've seen it, its the highest level and its all a courtyard with the white tree and fountain and other stuff in it and then there is kind of a mansion on there too and inside is the throne room. so you don't have to do this obviously, its just something that I would certainly download...

And I like the Minas Tirith idea. I should do that, but I'll need to look up reference pictures/watch the movie a few more times. I don't know about Duel maps but I can try and do some more of it(some of the cityscaping below) for an FFA. or I can do the courtyard for a duel then add for a FFA map to be released separately...

Maybe even the ruins of Gondor where the wriaths attacked on the fell beasts and orcs slaughtered the guys and then Farahmir was sent and came back almost dead...

Any more ideas?

How about a medium-sized room inside of a storage facility, with an imperial theme.

It's not very much in words, but who knows where that could take one person's imagination to...

yeah a FFA minas tirith map would definitly be cool. And the place your thinking of where farimir got hurt is Osgiliath.

Bear in mind the limitations of the Quake 3 engine, guys...

*points at jungle map idea*

Doable, but it would be nothing like you'd want. And FPS would suck, since there's nowhere to add any areaportalling without it looking weird.
