JK2 skins in JK3 So, do these all work? I suspect that they do, long story why, but I don't know for sure. I have a couple of JO skins in there that have a "JA compatibility" .pk3 file with them, does that apply to all JO skins or just the ones they came with? Do these work? What kind of problems will I have? |

*Custom models may or may not, but they should if they were made properly. |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 ...Ok, thanks, I appreciate it. |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 Any model made for JO will work with JA, the only problem you may encounter would be the sounds not working right, but that's easy enough to fix if you know how. |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 There are also issues with dual sabers, in that the left hand won't be animated properly. |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 its animated properly its just that the JO skeleton doesnt have the l_hang_tag_bone which controls the saber animation for the left hand. |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 Uh... yeah, that. Thanks for the correction  . (No I wasn't being sarcastic.) So that means it's pretty easy to fix by adding the tag, I presume. :lookaround: |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 And reweighting/exporting the model. It's not worth it :p |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 Depends how good the model is ;) . Maybe another method would be to just apply the JA skeleton to the model, but that's a bit out of my league :uhoh: . |
Re: JK2 skins in JK3 For a hand bug? It's not worth it. |
