Can anyone make this sword work?

I can't get the texture or the tags to work correctly, I've tried all and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm desperate! Please help me, and if not too much hassle please also let me know what was the problem so that I won't have to bother you again.

P.S.: Besides all that's needed to run on JKA, there's the . md3 (with .qc) file

Here's the link (it's only 65KB's) to the .pk3 file:

Come on people! it should be really easy for you! It just needs a tag and texture correction, the UV Map is there and everything! It should take you less than a few minutes!

OK, first thing is, are you using milkshape 3d? if u r, when you export to md3 and genarate the control file, MAKE SURE you change the texture paths under each mesh to where your skin is located in the pk3. secondly, for the tags, when u create the control file, if u get milkshape to make 1, change the $mesh where the tag is to $tag. thats about it.
