In SP? Naw, they made it so that you had to struggle. If you had an infinite health supply then you would die instantly.
However, in MP, you just need to make a really short wait value. Although, if it is for SP, one way is to put a trigger_hurt with a value of -1. In MP, instant death; In SP, added health and armor.

In what, SP? That's odd. I've run many an MP map in SP, to take a look at them and search for secret passages, and every time someone has used that to create a bottomless pit, it just gives me more health/shields.
