Request: Force

I would like to know how you can customize Force powers, like what file it is in and where, or id like if someone would make these force powers: Flamethrower (Like a lightning force power, with Flames), Focus (like Rage, only without the health drain), Destruction (like in the First JA, 1 hit kill, needs 100 force power points), and Ice (will slow down enemies to a standstill), i am very sorry for the difficulty of this task, i hope you guys can help me with this, i appreciate all of your trouble, thanks in advance. BTW, i hope this isn't to hard but does anyone know how to make new force power sides, i would appreciate that.

Flamthrower has been made like 50 times already, just look for it and dl it.
