Where can I get tools to make skins?
 

Hi, Im CrazyRobotMan, Ive been trying to find either someone who can make me a skin or someone who knows a tool to create custom skins Im looking to edit a New_Reborn the ones with the masks but not the reborn_twins I want to make his armor black with -=CoEK=-writen on the front and back and I want him to have red eyes with black stripes coming down from them also I want him to have a blue diamond shaped crystal on his forehead, the reason I want this is because it would be a nice model for my clan and I would really appreciate any help with the tools for making this or this to be made, thanks

You'll have to buy tools in order to make good quality skins. Programs like Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro will help you out. :)
