Hmm, I'm in a clan that does a lot of those things (Say, 3-4 a week) and we've got a 'network' of clans joining in..I guess it's just the servers you go to, but there are a few good eggs (clans) still out there.

Yeah I gotta say he must be really unlucky when browsing JA+ servers cause there are still a lot of good ones out there. Those are mostly Roleplaying servers though, so if you're not really into roleplaying, there's not much for you in JA+ other than what Base can already offer you.

Tanith had a point there, JKA aint what it used to be. But let others go and figure out what the mods are about on their own, maybe they will have different opinions than you?

Im in a RP based JA+ clan, and we're doing great, lots of members,
and decent amount of days when we just start messing around in few of the maps that are uploaded to our server (merc war/ffa/anything that pops into our heads..)

I don't know what you concider as 'admin abuse or 'admin spamming' but that
''please dont lame' sh*t is just a way to calm down players. Ever since JK2 came out
the MultiPLayer mode was just a huge hassle, and a lot of players just aren't up for that anymore. Nowdays most of the players ONLY duel, which aint bad at all if u wanna prove who's the best on the server or in a clan.

So all that '' ja+ rp crap stading around not doing much'' is the exact same thing in Lugor or clanmod. Even on some Base FFA servers there's just players ''drooling around'' waiting for some duels.

So do you honestly think, that after all that bullsh*t you all wrote, Youngling is gonna get the game and try to have fun?

Even though I have a low opinion of JKA in general now (obviously lol) would still say that from what's available that Lugormod is a good choice to go to (At least until the Galaxies mod comes out). The quests and levelling system on it make it interesting (and finally gives you more to do), the possibilities for quests and what can be built is a great deal and in my opinion its more fun.

Just providing alternatives as in the beginning chances are someone new will go on and join a JA+ server and assume that every server is the same as it.

True, the Galaxies mod could be easily seen as ; ''JediKnight JA; The Last Hope''.

Since it's a sad fact that the game is old. Many have moved on to other games,
and especially, to other consoles. Since after Xbox360 and PS3 came out, everyone HAD to get it.

I even know 2 clans that went down because the leaders weren't so keen on JKA anymore,
all they wanted to do was play GTA4. And there have been many new great game releases on those 2 consoles
so it just adds the downfall of the usual JKA gaming. Hopefully this Galaxies mod will bring some more players and maybe
draw the interests back to this game. Eventhough JKA is old, it's still concidered to be one of the best Star Wars multiplayer games out there.

So I think that with some effects/models/better quality textures & skins we all can
make this game look a lot better. And then toss a nice playable mod in there and it should be great!

So, I hope JKG will be a succes in all aspects.
