Is There A Way To Set The Server Password From The In-Game Console With JA 1.3? Also Will I Be Able To Take It Off Later?

seta g_mKnightPassword "password"

Not The Admin And Knight Pass, But To Password Protect The Server.

If you mean to run a private server just for friends who you've given password then you set that just before you click begin when setting up a server, there is an option there.

erm... yes, it is possible. forgot the exact way but try sumthin like seta g_mpassword "password" ...

Yeah it is possible cause somone did it when i was on a non passworded server they put it on while i was on the server then i could not get back in!

I know i do not know at all weather this will work but it should do try:
g_mpassword 0

I believe the command is g_password "password" and to turn it off g_password 0
