S_Register_sound error

How do you fix this error? I'm tired of not being able to join servers because of this damn error.

The same thing was happening to me...Do you have the Dragon Remix Ladder or demo downloaded? This was happening to a game that I connected to and everyone was running around with swords. So I got rid of the Dragon Remix's and taadaa!:dance:
