Name colour I have a question about custom colouring your screen name in game. I know you type ^ then a number for a colour. Example: ^7 = white lettering ^8 = black lettering And many others (red, yellow, blue, green) Now I used this on my name, and can see the change at the set up menu. But in the actual game, whenever i type a message, my name appears just white. Or when I press Tab, my name in the list appears white too. Now, is it only that I can't see my own name in the colours, or am I not doing something right? |
If I remember correctly, I could see my name colour. Ask other people if they can see it? If not, then probably it didn't set right. Try this: 1. Open the console 2. Type this: /name ^1Blah^3Blah Press Enter and see if you see any colour in your name in the scoreboard or when you talk. (I don't think you can use spaces with the '/name' command though) EXiT |
