Spinning Desann Replacements - Please help or speak out about your experiences

I have worked for a long time upon an incredible Clone Wars mod starring Kit Fisto. It has an incredible amount of changes, and almost finished I decided to play all the way through. I get to yavin_final, get to Desann (who is replaced by a correctly scaled Count Dooku) and instead of jumping out of the energy beam place, he spins. And spins. And spins. Etc. It locks the whole game. Does anyone have a solution, or at least has anyone had this happen to them?

Well, I've had a CLOSE problem... I was working on my MOD long ago, and had Kyle replaced with a Reborn... Then I played the level... Everything went fine, but on a closeup of Desann's head, you'd suddenly hear somebody scream "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" and then the movie would lock... My solution was to delete a few files I didn't need yet anyway, like the Ui's... Maybe this is what you should do too? Delete unused files from the Pk3 (if there's any)! Just a guess!!!
