What folders do I use to make the PK3 for a hand skin?

I'm in the process of making a girly weapons pack (pretty lavender and pink weapons) and upon testing some of them, it occured to me that even with a girl character, the hand holding the weapon is still very masculine and out of place.

For the weapons I just save it in models/weapons/m590 (or whatever the weapon is) and the original file name and then zip it and pk3 it. Well I couldn't find the original hand for the game, so I downloaded some of the hand skins from here, and I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Any help in pointing me to the direction of how to properly make my girly arm a pk3 file would be greatly appreciated.

What your asking about hand is a little out of my leauge...

BUT if your making weapons to replace ones in game, going by other weapon mods you have to keep same folder structure names, this way it will just replace the weapon of that name with your modded one.

Just keep same directory structure when you pk3 it and put it in base, it should replace normal game ones.

Hope that sheads a little light.

the arm skin must be included in the pk3 of the specific weapon. look i it's skin file and make it more female-looking
