sound advice

ok...

so I now have some WAV files for some nice new sounds for some skins. I know they have ti be mono and such but...

What program would you recomend using to convert these wav's to ones I can here in the game.. I think there sterio sounds so currently its not possible to hear them, and if I convert them to MP3 there still no joy... am using Creative wav studio.

if you use wavstudio what settings do you use when saving? there seems a lot of different compression standards to choose fram.

help would be grand.

thanx

.wav and .mp3 have to be at a certain bit rate. not sure off top of my head to tell you here but I've made a turorial which I've attached, its for .wav files only tho. Have no means of recording mp3.
