File location???

I'm having some trouble locating a file called "npcs.cfg". Does anyone know if this file is even attainable? If so, please HELP ME!!!:confused:

go in2 your gamedata/base directory and open assets0.pk3 using winzip!!! Believe me, it's there!!!!!
