The easy way is just like the hard way except, less fiddly!!

open the .pk3 using winzip or another program that can access the archive! extract the model_default.skin and model.glm files using folder names! Extract them in2 the same dir as the pk3 (the directory must be empty aprt from these files) go into models/players and change the folder ie vader to kyle! Add them back into the pk3! Note: if using winzip, add with wild cards!
