I am new in the skinning

I would like to make the skin ken shiro veiled (No hokuto ken /the first of north star/north star legend)

I have textures but my problem come because of the model_default and of the model.glm I does not include/understand very well what it is necessary to do.

if it is necessary that I make the model.glm with milkshape3d would be necessary me 1 easy good tutorial for beginner.

to skin,you just need to edit the "model_default.skin" file and the pictures.

I'm guessing,but your having trouble editing the model_default.skin file?

you also got modeling and skinning confused. modeling means editing the model.glm file. Skinning means making a model look different via different colors and such. not editting the model.glm file.
