Skin doesn't work, can you help me ???

Yeah, I made my first skin, it's just a mix from some other skins (Clanskin, Tavion, Jan) and I think all is right, but I can't chose it into Multiplayer so I can't play it.
I really don't know why, can you please download the ZIP with all files and look what I did wrong ?

All you have to do is change this command line in every .skin file:

head_face,models/players/selebu/face.tga

change that cammand line in each skin file to this command line:

head_face,models/players/selebu/face.jpg

and it works. But I also noticed that the torso on the default players is missing and not showing up. I couldn't figure out why though. I'm not even a skinner, but I know this sort of stuff.

Thank you for your help, but I still can't choose it to play with.
Have you tested it in play ?
Because I made what you said (and also add a default torso) but it didn't help.

try changing ur face to jpg format it is not showing up

in photoshop

get a torso,legs,hands,and a flap first!!!

Okay I see, nobody wnats to help me.
If you would, you had read my post were I wrote " I did what you said (and also added a default torso)" But, okay.

there is nothing in ur skin no legs nothing

put some meaningful jpgs first and pk3 them

What ? No legs, nothing ?
I don't know what you mean, if I download the ZIP there are all files needed with the bugs kylek has also found. But after fixing these bugs it still didn't work. Don't know what to do, because all files are in there.

open the legs jpg its just black

i put some other leg jpgs and its comming fine
