The greatest JK series clan ever

Was, of course, the legendary DSbr. If you have not heard of them, you are a newbie. DSbr started in DFII in 1999, and were the best clan in the game. When JK2 was released, DSbr defined the way the game would be played and are still the only clan whose matches were broadcast over webcasts and shoutcasts by TSN. If you have not seen DSbr in action, here are some videos by DSbr.Matt that will certainly leave you gaping in awe:

Taking Care of Business:
"Trick jumps and frag highlights from team DSbr, the original pioneers of jk2. Darksaber has been defining how the game is played since day one. We now present our revolutionary efforts to the masses with this latest video. See why DSbr has been cocky, rude, arrogant and down right mean when you feast your unworthy eyes on this sick entertainment."

Staind:
"Fast paced, high flying jedi action from the best flag defender ever to play jk2. With mid air kills left and right, watch as Staind ravages his enemies with ease. The entire video contains footage from only one amazing demo. This is flag D 101."

So now you have watched the videos and you say "omfg how can i meet and worship my favorite dsbr god???" you are in luck newbie! DSbr has come back to jk2 and have a server!

Clip shows are a nice way to prove you're good at editing out mistakes. :)

Sorry, ZoU = complete unknown nobodies. They were never on TWL, xtgl, cal, ogl, etc. Therefore they are just some public server newbie clan. Sorry, you are clueless.

This all conversation is only a matter of oppinion, and none can be taken down...

Personnaly, I think one of the best clan of Jk2 was Ap - nice bunch of folks... But even though we've seen great clans coming up, we've also seen many annoying group finally disband, ie EKJO... And some we'd wish to see dsibanded, in my opinion, *BS*.

But remember this, all clans have their strenght and weaknesses... it's the way you wish to play the game that will determine >your< 'best Jk2 clan'.

HAve fun folks...

Re: The greatest JK series clan ever

DSbr was the most successful tournament/ladder clan in the history of JK series, this cannot be disputed. So if you measure greatness by winning major competitive matches, DSbr is hands down the greatest. Speaking of BS, about 2 years ago, a CTF clan I was in called FK (there is some poser FK around now, this was an oldschool competition clan) beat them 53 - 0 in a full force TFFA. They refused to play anywhere but their server with their newbie settings. The hilarious thing was, during the match one of them empowered himself and they still couldn't get frags. We didn't even finish the match (it was supposed to be to 20 minutes). We had 53 frags in the first 10 minutes, then they started admin slaying us, and ended up just banning us outright. Spiteful bitter newbies.
