Video problem

My laptop has been having problems loading the game lately. whenever i try to play a level all of the icons and descriptions turn into white boxes and the game starts to lag big time. it still does this even with absolute minimum graphical settings. i have a satellite P25-S507 laptop with a Nvidia GO5200 series video card. can someone help me out?

The same thing was happening to me. I just bought a new graphics card, an Nvidia 9400 GT and all my games work great on it. idk how well it will work on your laptop, but my suggestion is to try playing some other games and see if their graphics are messed up too. If they are it means that you need a new card, or maybe the card you have right now has some dust on it. Try cleaning it and putting it back in, that might work.
