Rogue Squadron Hero Won't Regenerate!!! Help!

I have the Star Wars Empire at War Gold Pack (which includes Forces of Corruption).

I noticed that whenever I play a Galactic Campaign, if Rogue Squadron dies, the unit WILL NOT REGENERATE! This happens every time I play Galactic mode as the Rebels.

How do I fix this problem?
