You may need to create one.
Just go to your EAW/Gamedata folder, right-click, go down to "New Folder" and name it "Mods".
And you're done! Have fun with your mod!

mod folder for FoC must be in main FoC directory-there where swfoc.exe is.

lol .. its not the same game as EAW guys, you wont be able to run a FOC mod from the EAW Mod folder, needs to be as shak said plus a shortcut to the mod that is made from your FOC exe - with the mod path appended to it so it runs the mod.
