Getting build pads for additional factions So, long story short, I'm making a small mini-mod that will add the Hutts as a playable faction. This is also the first mod I've ever made for Empire at War. Currently, one of my biggest problems is trying to get the additional faction to build turrets on neutral satellites. After looking through the code some I noticed each of the vanilla factions have a bit of code referencing a kind of build pad, I.E. "Rebel_Build_Pad" for example. I'm trying to find the XML that contains these, but so far no luck. Anyone happen to know what XML this is? |

Re: Getting build pads for additional factions All of the above were edited to meet specifications a while ago, units can cap the satellites but I can't build anything on them - hence why I'm confused. :confused: Also, another slight issue cropped up - I started adding a few custom units and I put the icon files in textures folder, however they fail to show up in-game along with the ship names in the description. |
