(Most) Starfighters are not fire

Hi all,
Recently I discovered that my Y-wings were only firing their Ion cannon shot, and not their lasers or torps.
I thought that I might have broken something when adding torps to the x-wings, so I replaced both the spaceunitsfighters.xml and the squadrons.xml, with their originals.
Now, X-wings and TIE Fighters fire properly; TIE-Interceptors, A-wings, bombers for both Empire and Rebels do not. I haven't tried the Consortium fighters, nor the TIE-Defender or B-wing.
Has anyone ran into this issue before, or have some idea of what is causing it?

Sounds like you need fresh copies

Thats what I thought; hence the line:

I finally cracked it.
I saw that I had the models for the problematic fighters in my mod's folder for some reason.
Opened em in the .alo viewer, and noticed that bones were scattered all over the shop.
Deleted the models in question, everythings shiny so far.
Now to work out why they was in there and they got so fubar.
