Mod copying problem

Hi guys,

I just wanted to ask, if somebody got any solution for my problem.
I wrote a simple mod, which is working fine for me.
My friend tried it, and it also worked fine.
Now we wanted to play online, but the game says, we have different versions of the game.

So, how can this happen?

-Yes, we are both on the same game update
-The mod folder contains the same amount of folders an kbytes on each computer
-I gave him the mod via CD, USB drive, E-Mail, ICQ, as a zipped folder, etc.

I just don't know what to try anymore.

Also, it worked in the past with other mods, also written by me...

( I have Windows Vista 32bit )


I would appreciate any help!
