adding heros

i was wondering how to add the missing heros like kyle katarn to galactic Conquest mode like if there is a file you need to edit or some thing
if it is posible p.s i have the forces of coruption

it is posable it has been done before.
you need to edit xml files like namedherounits.xml
they are not technecly missing, they are just not programed to be in it, but it is esey to mod new heros in gc mode.

You need to make an entry for him in several files. An example is this:

Story_sandbox_36u_rebel.XML

There are other numbered files, each number coresponding with a specific GC map. Add an entry for Katarn's herocompany into each of these and you should have him in GC mode.

It is possible and simple.

For Katarn,

Add this to all XML files that contain "Story_Sandbox_*_Rebel" in their filename
* A number

	<Event Name="Spawn_Katarn">
		<Event_Type>STORY_TRIGGER</Event_Type> <!-- It triggers an event -->
		<Reward_Type>SPAWN_HERO</Reward_Type> <!-- You get a hero when Rebels enter Tech. Level 4 -->
		<Reward_Param1>Katarn_Team</Reward_Param1> <!-- The name of the Hero -->
		<Reward_Param2>Hoth</Reward_Param2> <!-- The planet in which the Hero spawns -->
		<Prereq>Rebels_Enter_Tech_04</Prereq> <!-- The required event -->
	</Event>
