[Help] Max Factions?

so whats the max numbers of factions a MOD can have?

All together, EaW can support 18.

and is there a max to the number of planets?

You'll start lagging after 60 to 65.

if i start laggin from only 60-65 i have a issue
seeing how WoW takes more from a computer than this does and i dont lag in WoW at all
game may slow down from there being so much it has to load though

there are several reasons why it lags:

1. fleet movements from so many planets can cause lag
2. the animations of the rotation of the planets themselves can lag (keep in mind thats 60-65 animations at one time + fleet movements)

and a few other factors could also cause lag

Corruption also causes lag in FOC

thats why you should delte that animation, its kinda the largest problem

along with smugglers and bounty hunters since they can't work with other factions.
