| The mod is about 40% done coding wise. I still have to make the hardpoints for the ship and particles, but I have coded it in. I have a question though does anyone know of a way to give a land hero unit a personal shield? The hero is a person so not a vehicle. Thanks in advance! |

| Got the ship in game! Fixing errors now! But there is no Crash to Desktops! Code is finished, just trying to fix errors now. Does anyone know how to give the unit a icon like the fighters have? And increase the size of the Selectable area for the ship? |

| And now we have in game video!!!! YouTube - Arcturus_InGameVideo Check it out. The mod is still in beta. I need to fix the text entries, make the force commander spawn more guys. Also for the force commander to be able to attack. I need help on particles though. Does anyone want to make for me a mini sun? If you watch near the engine is two empty spaces pretty much they are supposed to be like a sun or like two moments in this video: YouTube - Trinity You see it at these two times: 2:16-2:20 3:43-3:45 PM or respond if you can make it or need more reference material on it! | Cool video! Now it needs the glows and better weapon effects and it'll be perfect! ![]() Concerning the fighter icon: as far as i know, it's only possible when you code the ship as a fighter. I think to know that it is hardcoded...but i'm not sure, ask Codeuser, i'm sure he knows it.

| you can make it a Named hero unit like home one with a pic hanging on it by useing this <Named_Hero_Unit>Yes</Named_Hero_Unit> and whatever icon the ship has it will show on the outside and on the top right of the screen with the heroes

| The hero thing worked! However I am still trying to figure out about the selection issue. Mod update: Good news got new sound for giant lasers. It sounds pretty cool. ![]() The giant lasers fire from the correct areas thanks to the help from Codeuser. Sounds work also. Figured out how to get Celestial Drive working. (A more stable and not as fast version of the worm hole drive from stargate.) Force Commander now shoots, and spawns replicator units faster. (every 30 secs) Force Commander will continue to spawn up to 20 units of replicator infantry. It can destroy planets in game now. However it can't take on the deathstar... (Forced to retreat lol) Going to add a hardened shield ability. It has a stealth ability, but all that seems to do is make the turrets not visible. (Not full cloak...) -------- I am thinking of doing kinda two versions of the mod. One with the ship more balanced for original FoC, and the other where the ship is as strong as it is supposed to be. | I got another in game video in sci-fi at war. I also put my ship against my own ship. the computer is smarter then me. ![]() YouTube - Arcturus Computer Smarter Pretty much I went and attacked and i didn't see my ship and so I was confused, and I thought maybe I didn't put the ship in correctly so I just continued to attack the ships from BSG and then the computer de-cloaks. I totally forgot about that ability and starts firing and blind sides me and destroys my ship. First time my ship died in all the testing I have done. ![]() It made me sad that the computer outsmarted me. |

| Well I'm impressed although from the first vid the ship looked a bit to large for my liking. One question though. I noticed that your main "super laser" canons fire directly straight (or at least the ship has to face forwards to fire). Any chance you can post here or PM the code for that specific bit as I'm having a bit of an issue with a super ship of my own (I'm currently using the Eclipse special and its not really ideal as it can still fire at about a 45 degree angle out the side of the ship and not directly forwards.
