mod centre jobs?

i was reading the mod centre and the jobs and i found voice actor. can someone explain that more clearer?

Thats for people who want to play a characters voice, like the lines you hear say in the game such as "Keldabe Battleship reporting" and such.

right well how do you record your voice for that? i mean i dont have any output or webcam so is there an alternative of some kind? cause im interested in doing voice acting for anyones mod.

I am my own voice actor, because onus was too embarrased after doing one character.
Its just coding the stuff in thats the annoyance.

Right..well do you have any advice on voice acting? And is there a way to record your voice without a webcam or output?

Well some mp3 players can record sound... some cellphones can too... but webcams arent that expensive, so their the best choice.

I actually use a mike and windows movie maker.
Its not even 10 bucks at WalMart, you open windows movie maker, turn the gain down to erease background noise, save as a wma, convert to wav, and code it in.
to convert to wav, try searching for
Free wma mp3 converter. Its a free program thats easy to use.
As for coding it, obviously you know how to code, so you should know that.
