is there any planet models that are free relese that you can use without permission thats not in empire at war already?

As far as Im aware, Most Planets are the same, just with a different skin, and varying sizes.

There is no such thing as a Planet Model, they are Maps, just plain maps, built in the Map Editor, if thats what you are referring too.

I think you could just have no model for said planet at all.

Those galactic models can be any kind of model you want, they just work best as the default planet types.
